CARL E. WILSON, SR. 

  Carl E. Wilson, Sr., 80, of Schoch Hollow Road, RD1 Box 569, Tyrone, 
died Sunday, October 22, 2006 at the Tyrone Hospital. 
  He was born November 20, 1925 in Tyrone a son of Robert K. and Maude 
Elizabeth (Grazier) Wilson.
  He was married April 30, 1949 at Cumberland, Md. to Mabel M. 
Davidson.
  He is survived by his wife Mabel, three daughters and four sons: 
Connie Kensinger (Ed) of Tyrone; William C. Cupper (Mary Anne) of 
Virginia Beach, Va.; David H. Cupper (Rhenea) of Virginia Beach, Va.; 
Robert K. Wilson (Toni) of Falls Creek; Marie E. McKee (Joe) of 
Cheyenne, Wy.; Karen Anderson (Jim) of Green Cove Springs, Fl. and Carl 
E. Wilson, Jr. (Sun) of Lawton, Ok.
  Also survived by 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren and one 
brother, Clifford Wilson (Pat) of Tyrone.
  He was preceded in death by four sisters and two brothers.
  He was a graduate of Tyrone High School in 1943 and served in the 
U.S. Army during WWII in the European Theatre.
  He retired from Westvaco Corp., Tyrone, in April 1978 after over 30 
years service.
  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 25, 2006 at 11 a.m. 
at the Derman Funeral Home, Inc., Tyrone with Rev. P. William Glunt 
officiating. Interment with Military Honors will be at Blair Memorial 
Park.
  Friends will be received at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 7 
to 9 p.m.
