The Scarlet Fever Coming.

  A physician stated to a TRIBUNE reporter yesterday that there was 
every prospect of Altoona having a visit from the scarlet fever.  It 
has been raging for some weeks in the vicinity of Hollidaysburg and 
Frankstown and through the country and is gradually creeping this way.  
At an early hour yesterday morning a little child of James Wilson, in 
the Second ward, died of it, and three other children are very ill.  
There are numerous other cases in the city.
