She was married in 1820 to Captain Peter Wilt. There were three children born to them, the only surviving one being Mrs. Jonathan Christian, with whom she resided since the death of her husband. She has one brother and two sisters living. Her brother, George Lingenfelter, resides at Claysburg. Her sister, Mrs. Barbara Dodson, in East Freedom, and Mrs. Anna Cashman at Bloomfield. All reside in this county. She moved with her husband to the farm now occupied by Jonathan Christian about forty years ago, where she died, aged 91 years, 3 months and 4 days.
