He had complained of feeling unwell on Saturday and his son desired to call in a physician but to this the father would not consent. At the time, yesterday morning as above stated, Mrs. Wingard thinking he might be in need of attention, went to his room and was shocked to find him dead. Some time after the body was found Coroner Poet was notified and immediately proceeded to the house and impaneled a jury, which took the evidence of the son. Dr. J. H. Weaver, who had been summoned, stated to the jury that death was due to paralysis of the heart, and a verdict in accordance with this fact was rendered. Mr. Wingard was 57 years of age and came to this city about two weeks ago from Dunbar, or shortly after the terrible mine disaster at that place. The funeral took place this afternoon at three o'clock. This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.org/pafiles/ File size: 1.5 Kb
