"Bobbie" Wissinger, 3522 5th Ave., died Tuesday afternoon, March 4, 1997 at Altoona Hospital, following an extended illness of pancreatic cancer. She was born July 14, 1923, in McKeesport, the daughter of Dr. Robert and Clara (Englert) Barnes. She married Herbert A. Wissinger Sr. July 10, 1947, in Altoona. Mrs. Wissinger was a member of First Lutheran Church, where she was a member of the Emanuelite Sunday School class and Faith Circle. She formerly worked at G. C. Murphy's Department Store. Surviving are her husband; two sons: Herbert Jr. of Altoona and Robert of Laurel, Md.; a daughter, Linda Wilt of Altoona; two sisters: Virginia Murphy and Jean Herbert, both of Altoona; a brother, Ray of Altoona; and nine grandchildren. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Stevens Mortuary. WISSINGER - Services for Roberta D. "Bobbie" Wissinger of 3522 5th Ave. will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Memorial Chapel of Stevens Mortuary by the Rev. Fred L. Romig. Interment at Alto Reste Park. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Stevens Mortuary Inc., 1421 8th Ave. Altoona Mirror, Altoona, Pa., March 6, 1997
