All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ _______________________________________________ ZADOC WOLFE, A well-known resident of Second ward, died at his home, 832 Seventh avenue, at 9:30 o'clock last evening of asthmatic consumption. His death came suddenly. Deceased was a son of Henry H. and Rachel Wolfe, and was born in Antrim township, Franklin county, April 28, 1832. On August 21, 1856, he married Mary C. Pensinger at Chambersburg. To this union seven children were born, four of whom survive with the wife. They are J. E., Mrs. Mary E. Green, Jacob S., and Mrs. Grace Evans, all of this city. One son, William Wolfe, died recently of injuries received in a railroad accident. He was a member of the United Evangelical church and at one time was an Odd Fellow. Funeral services will be conducted at his late home this evening at 8 o'clock by Rev. J. H. Hollenbaugh. Funeral services will be held at his lat late home at 8 o'clock this evening.
