Mr. Stephen Woods.

  On the 2d of January Mr. Stephen Woods died at New Florence, 
Westmoreland county.  The deceased was a brother of Mrs. J. M. 
McCraken, of No. 2311 Eighth avenue, this city.  The funeral will take 
place at New Florence at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning.
