Woomer of 104 Third avenue, died at her home at 7.30 o'clock Wednesday evening after having been ill since August. She was born in Roaring Spring on July 9, 1866, a daughter of Henry and Maria (Huston) Thomas and married Mr. Woomer on Nov. 27, 1887. Surviving are her husbands, four sons and one daughter, Charles H. of Cleveland, O., George W., Edgar R. and Chalmer E., all of Altoona, and Miss Ida E. Woomer, at home; three sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Emma Smaltz of Roaring Spring, Mrs. Ann Dibert of McKee, Mrs. Melcene Garber of Huntingdon, Levi Thomas of Roaring Spring and Albert Thomas of the city, and one grandchild. Mrs. Woomer was a member of the Memorial Baptist church. The body may be viewed at the home. WOOMER - Funeral services for the late Mrs. Martha M. Woomer of 104 3rd Ave. will be conducted by Rev. Carey S. Thomas of the First Baptist church. Services will be held at the home on Saturday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock. Interment following in Greenlawn cemetery, Roaring Spring.
