All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ _________________________________________ Margaret Yarnell MEMBER OF TRINITY EPISCOPAL CHURCH Margaret Yarnell 76, of 22 Cherry Avenue, Tyrone, Pa. and a guest at the United Presbyterian Home of Hollidaysburg, died Tuesday, May 2, 1995, at 5:35 a.m. at the home. She was born August 9, 1918, at Smithmill, Clearfield County, the daughter of John and Tekla (Prach) Bungo. On October 25, 1952, at Hollidaysburg, she was married by Reverend Ralph Wolfgang to Jackson G. Yarnell, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Jeffrey and Gary, daughter-in-law Barbara, all of Tyrone; three grandsons: Matthew, Ryan and Travis, all of Tyrone and the following brothers and sisters: John Bungo, Madera; Walter Bungo, Bradenton, Florida; Mary Henshaw, Susan Berzonsky and Catharine Saupp, all of Smithmill; Irene Bobinchak, Houtzdale; Eve Rossi, Tipton; Helene Rossi, Hollidaysburg, Pa. Also surviving are 14 nieces and 15 nephews. She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters. She was a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church of Tyrone, had served on the Vestry for three years and was a member of the Outreach Committee of the Trinity Church. She had been employed as a clerical worker for Safeway Markets in Washington, D.C. and later worked as a waitress in the Tipton area before retiring in 1945. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 4, 1995, at 11:00 a.m. at the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home, Inc. with Reverend Ronald J. Lynch officiating. Interment will follow in Blair Memorial Park, Bellwood, Pa. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. and from 7 p.m.-9 p.m. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Trinity Episcopal Church, 8330 Washington Avenue, Tyrone, Pa. 16686 or to the American Cancer Society, 1004 North Juniata Street, Hollidaysburg, Pa. 16648.
