STELLA E. YINGLING 

88, of 1217 Crawford Ave., died at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 1980, in 
Altoona Hospital, after a brief illness. She was born Dec. 5, 1891, in Altoona, 
the daughter of George and Catherine (Gill) Meintel, and married Chester 
Yingling, who died Feb. 1, 1967. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Ethel Kobel, with 
whom she resided, and a number of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Yingling was a member 
of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Columbian Circle and the auxiliaries to Catholic 
War Veterans and Bavarian Aid Society. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. 
today in Stevens Mortuary.

YINGLING - The funeral of Stella E. Yingling of 1217 Crawford Ave. will be held 
with a mass of Christian burial at 9 a.m. Saturday in St. Mary's Catholic 
Church. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 
p.m. today in Stevens Mortuary, 1421 8th Ave., where a wake service will be held 
at 8 p.m. today.
