MRS. DELLA C. YOUNG

Wife of Frank S. Young of 2118 Sixth avenue, died at 11 o'clock yesterday 
morning after an illness of several months.  She was born in New Enterprise 
Feb. 8, 1876, a daughter of John and Elizabeth (Dell) Karns.  Mrs. Young was a 
member of Sacred Heart Catholic church.  Her first husband, George Eckard, died 
in 1926.  Surviving are her husband, the following children: Mrs. Mildred 
Wunderlich of St. Petersburg, Fla., Mrs. Margaret Merrits of Altoona, Luther a 
Eckard of Brookes Mills and Gladys at home; 10 grandchildren, seven great-
grandchildren, one brother, Andrew Karns, and a sister, Mrs. J. Edwin Peters of 
Altoona.  Mrs. Young reposes at her home.

FUNERAL NOTICE

YOUNG - The funeral of Mrs. Della C. Young of 2118 Sixth avenue, will be held 
Monday morning with requiem mass at 9 o'clock in Sacred Heart church.  Private 
interment will be made.  Mrs. Young reposes at the family home.
