DEATHS OF CHILDREN.

  Verdia Idelia, daughter of H. E. L. and E. S. Young, died Saturday 
morning of scarletina aged 5 years.  The funeral from the parents' 
residence, Eighteenth avenue near Ninth street took place on Sunday 
afternoon at 4 o'clock.  Mr. Young has been singularly unfortunate, 
having lost a child about one month since of scarlatina, and his three 
remaining children are down with the same disease.  Himself and wife 
are just recovering from an attack of a like nature.
