ARTHUR WINFIELD ZEIDERS

Of 307 East Sixth avenue, died at 6.15 o'clock this morning at Mercy 
hospital.  He was born Sept. 29, 1871, in Perry county, the son of George W. 
and Margaret Ann (Baker) Zeiders.  He was married to Ruth Amelia Thomas, who 
preceded him in death Jan. 27, 1943.  Mr. Zeiders was a carpenter by trade 
and a member of the Second Avenue Evangelical United Brethren church.  
Surviving are these children: Arthur B., W. Harry and Mrs. Ruth Mae Cherry, 
all of Altoona; these brothers and sisters: H. N. Zeiders of Altoona, S. H. 
Zeiders of Millerstown, Mrs. Agnes Cox of Altoona, Mrs. Margaret Stroup and 
Mrs. Catherine Byers, both of Harrisburg, and Mrs. Francis Moyer of 
Philadelphia, and seven grandchildren.  Friends will be received at the 
Myers funeral home after 7 o'clock Wednesday evening.

ZEIDERS - Funeral services for Arthur Winfield Zeiders of 307 East Sixth 
avenue, will be held at the Myers funeral home Friday morning at 9 o'clock 
in charge of Rev. Max Hoover.  Interment will be made in the Riverview 
cemetery, Millerstown.  Friends will be received at the Myers funeral home 
after 7 o'clock Wednesday evening.
