Zimmerman, 62, of 18 W. 13th St., Tyrone died Monday June 30, 2003 at 5:13 p.m. at the Tyrone Hospital Emergency Room. She was born August 11, 1940 in Thomastown, a daughter of Clarence F. and Lavina M. (Foust) Bonsell. On April 23, 1958 in Tyrone she married Joe W. Zimmerman. Surviving is her husband, a daughter, Jacqueline Beckwith and husband Ronald of Tyrone, two sons, Rodney P. and wife Julie of Tyrone, Wesley T. and wife Rhonda of Tyrone, 10 grandchildren, two great- grandchildren, a sister Anna Potts of Tyrone and two brothers, Jack and George Bonsell both of Tyrone. She was preceded in death by a sister Barbara Holes. Mrs. Zimmerman had been formerly employed at K-Mart, State College and at Ames Department Store in Tyrone and Philipsburg. She was a member of the Ladies Industrial Bowling League and the Howard Gardner American Legion. She was of the Protestant faith. She was an avid bowler and enjoyed fishing, Nascar and bingo. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 3, 2003 at 11 a.m. at Feller Memorial Home with Pastor Tim Miller officiating. Interment will follow at Franklinville Cemetery, Franklin Twp. Friends will be received at the Feller Memorial Home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of services. Tyrone Daily Herald, July 1, 2003
