During the month of July, there were nineteen deaths, nearly one fourth the total number for the year, and the largest mortality ever recorded for one month in the history of Tyrone. Following is the mortuary list for 1894: Jan. 1 - Helen Josephine, wife of S. L. VanPetten, of consumption, aged 36 years, 1 month and 20 days. Jan. 2 - Ella Grace, daughter of George and Agnes Schirm, fatally burned, aged 1 year, 5 months and 21 days. Jan. 5 - Mrs. Maria Ann Bing, of old age, aged 81 years, 9 months and 14 days. Jan. 14 - Michael Vogt, of consumption, aged 54 years, 4 months and 3 days Jan. 15 - Dennis Shea, of paralysis, aged 78 years and 5 months. Jan. 15 - Robert Earl Gummo, of pneumonia, aged 8 months and 20 days. Jan. 17 - Harriet Lavine, wife of David M. Silknitter, of consumption, aged 32 years, 5 months and 7 days. Jan 25 - John Morgan, of paralysis, aged 68 years, 2 months and 20 days. Jan. 27 - Lulu Giffin, spastic trouble, aged 16 years. Feb 6 - Thomas D. Walker, of grip, aged 68 years and 8 days. Feb. 6 - Amber May, daughter of George and Mary Reese, of pneumonia, aged 5 months and 10 days. Feb. 25 - Carrie M., wife of James W. Henderson, of nervous trouble, aged 19 years, 7 months and 6 days. Mar. 7 - John G., son of R. E. and Mary L. Cronemiller, of convulsions, aged 5 weeks. Mar. 24 - C. S. McOmber, of complication of diseases, aged 48 years, 3 months and 15 days. Apr. 16 - Mary Catharine, wife of John McGovern, of complication of diseases, aged 32 years, 10 months and 20 days. Apr. 17 - William B. Taylor, of old age, aged 82 years, 6 months and 17 days. May 6 - John H. Ferren, rupture of blood vessel, aged 21 years and 6 months. June 7 - Stewart R. Fox, of epilepsy, aged 84 years, 2 months and 23 days. June 9 - Jessie Clyde, son of Walter Boyer, of scarlet fever, aged 6 years, 7 months and 22 days. June 14 - Infant son of W. M. and Martha Miles, killed on the railroad, aged 15 years, 8 months and 17 days. July 21 - Isabel, daughter of R. B. Musser, of pneumonia, aged 34 years, 1 month and 1 day. Dec. 4 - Infant daughter of George A. and Katie Clabaugh, of spasms, aged 1 day. Dec. 17 - Lester Doran Clyde, son of Edward Nolan and wife, of inflammation of the bowels, aged 2 1/2 months.
