A HAPPY MAN - AND WOMAN, TOO?

  On the 9th inst. Mr. Joseph C. Allen and Miss Emma O. Dell were united in 
marriage by Rev. Milton K. Foster, of the Second Methodist Church.  To Mr. 
and Mrs. Allen we extend our hearty congratulations, and in the hope that 
their matrimonial bark will be kept clear of the shoals in life's stream we 
will say, in the language of the stage papa, "Bless you, my children!"
