ARFORD - KEPHART.

  At 10 o'clock on Wednesday morning, Mr. William Ivan Arford, of 
Portage, Cambria county, and Miss Jennie Belle Kephart, of Catfish, 
were united in marriage by Justice of the Peace, Isaac M. Irwin.  The 
bride is a popular and accomplished young woman and the man of her 
choice is a mining engineer, both having many friends who will wish 
every happiness and success.  They will reside at Portage.
