BAIRD - ROTH.

  A pretty wedding was solemnized in the Eighth Avenue Methodist 
Episcopal church at 12.30 o'clock yesterday afternoon when Miss 
Elizabeth Roth was married to Mr. Kayle Baird by Rev. T. S. Wilcox.  
The happy couple, attended by Miss Pauline Roth and Mr. Lyman Swank, 
Miss Mae Savage and Mr. William V. Glenn, entered the church and 
advanced to the altar, where the pretty ring ceremony was used.  The 
groom is a salesman, employed by Armour & Co., and is an excellent 
young man.  The bride is a very estimable young lady and for several 
years was night operator at the local office of the Bell Telephone 
company.  Both have many friends who will wish them a happy journey 
through life.  Mr. and Mrs. Roth left on Pittsburg express to spend a 
week in the west.  On their return they will reside at 414 Ninth 
street.
