HAPPILY WEDDED.

  On last Thursday evening the relatives of the families of both contracting 
parties assembled at the home of the bride's father, Mr. James Hooper, No. 
1906 Seventh avenue, to witness the marriage of Mr. Joseph C. Bancroft, of 
this city, and Miss Olive G. Hooper.  The words confirming this happy 
contract were said by Rev. W. R. Whitney, pastor of Simpson Methodist 
Episcopal church.  After the nuptial ceremony a suitable and bountiful 
collation was partaken of by the invited guests.  The groom is an employe in 
the company shops, and is a religious, industrious and frugal young well 
calculated to make the home comfortable and the life happy of his worth 
bride.  [sic]
