S. Stern, of the Golden Eagle clothing house of this city. The ceremony was performed according to the Hebrew rite by Rabbi L. Meyer, of Pittsburg, the service being opened with prayer, after which came the exchange of rings and words of counsel and congratulations from the clergyman, concluding with the benediction. Following the ceremony a season was pleasantly spent in social intercourse, after which an elegant supper was served and highly enjoyed by all. The wedding presents were both numerous and valuable. The newly wedded ones have left for a wedding trip to Bedford and points of interest on the Eastern coast, and on their return will make this city their home. The MIRROR extends congratulations and best wishes for their future happiness. Altoona Mirror, June 30, 1890
