Wesley Beyer, Esq., junior member of the firm of Beyer, Guyer & Co., of Tyrone, has these many years been living a bachelor; so long, indeed, that we had concluded his heart was too callous to be impressed by the gentler sex. But it seems he has been all this time getting his house in order, and Thursday, to the surprise of all of us, it was quietly circulated that Wesley had gone to the residence of S. M. Aultz, Esq., near Tipton, and was that evening (Thursday, April 29th) to be married to Mr. Aultz's fair daughter Annie. True to the rumor, they were married at Mr. Aultz's residence on Thursday last, at 7 o'clock P.M., in the presence of a goodly company of relatives and friends. Wesley certainly was very sly in this matter, but notwithstanding all of this, including his neglect of the reporter, we must earnestly wish him and his fair bride many years of unalloyed pleasure and a long life of contentment and happiness.
