At the home of the bride's parents in Sinking Valley Monday afternoon, the ceremony took place uniting in wedlock Miss Myrtle Edmondson to John Biehl, of Tyrone. Rev. F. L. Bergstresser was the officiating minister. The wedding was a quiet and unostentatious one, attended only by the immediate families and a few friends of the contracting parties. The bride is held in esteem by her many friends of the valley. The groom is engaged with the Bavarian Brewing company, of Tyrone, at their establishment on Woodland avenue, and is a popular young man. Bride and groom came to Tyrone that evening and were tendered a reception at the home of the latter's brother, Jacob Biehl. The house was thronged with the many friends of the couple and a richly enjoyable evening was spent by the assembled party. Mr. and Mrs. Biehl will shortly take up housekeeping in Tyrone where they will reside permanently. The HERALD wishes them joy and prosperity. Tyrone Herald, Tyrone, Pa., January 18, 1894
