Biggard - Fink.

  Mr. William H. Biggard, of Lilly,* and Miss Mary E. Fink, of 106 East 
Chestnut avenue, were united in marriage at the First Methodist 
Episcopal church at 4:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon by the pastor, 
Rev. E. R. Heckman, with the beautiful ring ceremony.  They were 
unattended.  Both have a wide circle of friends to wish them happiness 
in the future.  They will reside at Lilly.
