BLACK - OSTER

  Mr. and Mrs. J. Earl Oster of 1051 Lincoln avenue, Tyrone, announce the 
marriage of their daughter, Miss Elizabeth Oster, to Stanley R. Black, son 
of J. Blair Black of 820 Washington avenue, Tyrone, on Aug. 4.  The ceremony 
was performed in the First Methodist church of Altoona by Rev. Victor 
Meredith.
