BELLWOOD BRIEFS.

  The home of Operator D. E. Haines was the scene of a quiet wedding on 
Thursday afternoon of this week.  The high contracting parties were 
Miss Blanche McCormick, sister of Mrs. Haines, and Mr. ---- Brindle, of 
Lewistown.  Only a few intimate friends witnessed the ceremony, which 
was performed by Rev. N. E. C. Cleaver, pastor of the Methodist 
Episcopal church at Hazleton.  Mr. and Mrs. Brindle will leave to-day 
for a visit to friends, after which they will make their home in 
Lewistown.
