Brookbank of Juniata, employed in the composing room of the Altoona Mirror, and Miss Ida McNamara of Cleveland were united in marriage at 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon in St. Agnes Mission for the Deaf in Cleveland. The ring ceremony was performed by Rev. Collins Sayhill. The couple was attended by Raymond Calleghan of Cleveland as best man and by Mrs. Charles Friant of Johnstown as bridesmaid. A wedding supper was served following the ceremony. Miss McNamara was a valuable employe of the National Mazda Lamp company of Cleveland while Mr. Brookbank has been identified with the Altoona Mirror as a compositor. They will be at home to friends at 109 Tenth avenue, Juniata, on Nov. 1. Mrs. Brookbank has been very popular among the deaf mutes of Cleveland. Local mutes are planning to tender the couple a reception at a later date. The engagement of the couple was announced some weeks ago at a dinner given by Mrs. Briant at her home at 159 1/2 Horner street, Johnstown.
