Brooks - Schum

  Mr. James Blaine Brooks, of 102 East Sixth avenue, and Miss Fannie 
Elizabeth Schum, of 1005 Fifth avenue, were united in marriage 
yesterday afternoon at 3.30 o'clock by the Rev. T. P. Orner, of 2425 
Eighth avenue.  The attendants were Mr. Levan Piper and Miss Catherine 
Schum.  They departed shortly after the ceremony was performed for a 
trip to New York and Philadelphia.  Upon their return they will reside 
at the residence of the bride's parents.  Mr. Brooks is employed as 
chief oil inspector by the Pennsy under General Superintendent J. T. 
Wallis, while the bride is popular among the younger social set of 
Altoona.
