BROWN-McCAULLEY

  Yesterday afternoon at 3:30 Miss Sylvia Cranford McCaulley, of Tyrone and 
Bowman a [sic] Brown, of Clearfield, were united in the holy bonds of matrimony 
by the bride's former pastor, Rev. Herbert W. Beiber, D.D., at the Presbyterian 
Manse at Cynivyd.  The beautiful ring ceremony of the church was used.  The 
bride is one of Tyrone most estimable young ladies, a graduate of the Tyrone 
High School class of 1916 and a graduate nurse of the Clearfield Hospital.  The 
bridegroom is a young man of sterling character and holds a responsible 
position as a trust officer of the County National Bank.  After a honeymoon to 
the eastern cities Mr. and Mrs. Brown will be at home to their many friends in 
Clearfield, who extend then [sic] best wishes and congratulations. - Altoona
