BROWN - SMITH.

  At the home of Mr. and Mrs. R. M. Landis, 1207 Third avenue, last 
evening, Miss Mamie Smith, sister of Mrs. Landis, and Mr. John J. 
Brown, of Philadelphia, were united in matrimony, the ceremony being 
performed by Rev. J. F. Hartman, of the Second Lutheran church.  Mr. 
and Mrs. Brown will take up their residence in Philadelphia.
