WILLIAMSBURG WAIFS.

  On the 13th inst., at the Lutheran parsonage at Williamsburg, Mr. M. 
R. Brumbaugh and Miss Florence Stuard were united in marriage, Rev. B. 
R. M. Sheeder officiating.  The groom is one of Martinsburg's most 
active and industrious young men, and the bride, who resides near 
Martinsburg, is a most highly respected young lady.
