January 28th, at St. Mary's Church, by Rev. J. Walsh, Carl Otto Burg
to Miss Mary W. Pircher, both of Hollidaysburg.

May the choicest blessings, the purest joys and the most unalloyed
happiness be yours, Mary; and may the fleeting felicities of this
world, fickle and unreal though they be, prove harbingers of that true
and unending felicity which awaits the pure of heart in the haven of
rest beyond this vale of tears.  If he who now claims the right to
call you wife is worthy of the great treasure committed to his
keeping, as he no doubt is, your wedding is indeed one of those made
upon earth to be approved in heaven. - H.
