THEATRICAL MAN MARRIED  

Local Manager of the Mishler Theaters Joins the Ranks of the Benedicts 

Mr. Guy S. BURLEY, the well-known and exceedingly popular resident manager 
of the Mishler theatres in this city, and Miss Marian E. SAWYER, daughter 
of Express Agent Benjamin S. Sawyer of Hollidaysburg, were married at 9
o'clock last evening at the Presbyterian parsonage in that place by the 
pastor, Rev. E. M. Bowman. The happy couple immediately left for a wedding 
tour through the east, for extent and duration of which is yet unknown. 
Mr. Burley, than whom no young man in town is better liked, stole a march on 
most of his friends in this star engagement of his, but they will be 
prepared to give him a proper reception on his return with his bride. Most
hearty best wishes and congratulations are extended, with the hope of the 
utmost happiness and success until the final "drop of the curtain".
