BURNS - CARTER.

  Mr. Charles E. Burns and Miss Mary Frances Carter were married at 2.30 
Tuesday afternoon by Rev. R. J. Terrell, pastor of Mt. Zion Baptist church.  
The ceremony was performed at 2300 Sixth avenue.  Mr. and Mrs. Burns are 
residents of Elmira, N.Y. and they will return shortly to make their home in 
that city.
