ALTOONA COUPLE WILL WED IN NEW YORK CITY
(Special to Altoona Mirror)

  New York, Oct. 15. - Miss Gladys L. Reidenbaugh, aged 21, of 124 East 
Fifth avenue, Altoona, and Mr. Robert P. Diffley, aged 26, of 979 
Summit avenue, the Bronx, this city, obtained a license to wed here 
today.  The couple announced that they would be married on Wednesday, 
Oct. 16, at the Church of the Sacred Heart, here.  Miss Reidenbaugh was 
born in Altoona and is a daughter of George H. and Mary Kauffman 
Reidenbaugh.  Mr. Diffley was also born in Altoona, and is a son of 
Patrick and Mary McFeely Biffley [sic].
  The couple are well known in this city.  Miss Reidenbaugh is a former 
employe of the Kline Brothers department store and has been entered in 
several beauty contests in this vicinity.  Mr. Diffley has only recently 
been transferred to New York city by the Pennsylvania Railroad company.
