Fay, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Fay of 2618 Broad avenue, and Miss Ethel Devereaux Mariner of Philadelphia were united in marriage at Camp Upton, L.I., on Monday. Lieutenant Rudolph, chaplain of the Fourth battalion, was the officiating clergyman. Major James R. Webb was the best man and Colonel A. B. Sloan commanding officer of the camp and other officers were present at the ceremony. Lieutenant Fay was a student at the University of Pennsylvania when the war broke out.
