Local Brevities.

  On November 18, 1890, Miss Katie Houck, daughter of Mr. S. D. Houck, 
of 623 Second street, N.E., Washington City, was united in marriage to 
Mr. S. J. Gardner, of that city.  The bride has a number of relatives 
and friends in Altoona who will unite in the wish that her married life 
may be one of happiness.
