GARRITY - SCHEIDER.

  John W. Garrity, a former resident of Altoona, and Miss Marie 
Geraldine Scheider of Philadelphia were married in that city last 
Monday.  The bridegroom is a son of Mrs. Mary A. Garrity of 1508 Sixth 
avenue, Altoona, while the bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph 
A. Scheider of Philadelphia.  After May 15 they will reside in 
Washington, D.C., where Mr. Garrity is employed in the ordinance 
department as a lieutenant.  He was for several years a Pennsy 
inspector at Harrisburg and is well known in this city.
