Hollidaysburg.

  Rev. Father Patrick Vereker, of St. Mary's Roman Catholic church, 
officiated at two weddings during the Thanksgiving season.

Gates - Reed

  Mr. Vincent Gates and Miss Sara Reed, both of Williamsburg, were 
united in marriage at St. Mary's rectory by Father Vereker on November 
29.  The bride was formerly from Harrisburg and is a very estimable 
young woman.  They will reside at Williamsburg, where the groom is 
employed.
