Gibbons - Shannon.

  Mr. John Gibbons and Miss Alwilda Shannon, both of this city, were 
wedded Wednesday evening at Wheeling, W.Va.  The groom is a well known 
Pennsy machinist and his bride is the popular daughter of David 
Shannon, this city, and has many friends who whom the wedding comes as 
a surprise.  Following a brief trip, they will return to Altoona and 
take up their residence.
