On Tuesday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Metcalf, the parents of the bride, on East Bridge street, Miss Grace, their daughter, was united in marriage to W. L. Green, of Jeannette, Westmoreland county, the ceremony being performed by Rev. J. R. Davies, of the First Presbyterian church. The contributions to the happily wedded were of the useful order and were handsome and numerous. After an enjoyable repast with their friends at the old homestead of the bride they departed on fast line for Jeanette, where the groom has prepared a home, and will at once assume the duties of housekeeping. Mr. Green is a leading citizen of that rapidly growing town and Miss Grace is one of our handsome and most amiable daughters, well fitted to grace the home of one she has selected to love for better or worse. The TRIBUNE says joy be with you and may you never have cause to regret this step in life. Morning Tribune, Altoona, Pa.
