Griffith, formerly of Altoona, and Miss Pauline Ruth Blanchard of Morrice, Mich., was received in Altoona yesterday by Mr. and Mrs. John Griffith of 434 Third avenue, parents of the bridegroom. The marriage was performed on Nov. 6 at high noon in the Methodist parsonage at Morrice by Rev. Davieson. They were attended by Corporal Guy S. Blanchard, brother of the bride, and Miss Winifred Caum. Mechanic Griffith has been in the army since May, 1917, and enlisted at Lansing, Mich., where he was employed in the Reo Motor Car works. He resided with his parents in this city until three years ago. He expects soon to sail for "over there."
