Alexander Lamberson, pastor of the First Methodist church, united in marriage Mr. Ralph H. Hamilton, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Hamilton, of 619 Eighth avenue, and Miss Juniata L. Ellis, of 903 Fifth street, Juniata. The ceremony was performed in the First Methodist church of which both young couple [sic] are active members and workers. The beautiful ring ceremony was used. They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Julius Rhaesa, close friends of the bride and groom. Following the ceremony the happy young couple went to Caum's for luncheon after which they departed on an early afternoon train for New York and other eastern cities where they will spend their honeymoon. After their return they will for the present reside at the home of the bride. Mr. Hamilton is employed by the Pennsy in the Juniata shops, where he holds a responsible position, while the lady of his choice was a former school teacher and is a charming young lady. They will carry with them the well wishes of a host of friends for a happy and prosperous journey through life. Altoona Times, Altoona, Pa., Friday Morning, April 19, 1918 HAMILTON - ELLIS. Ralph Hamilton of 619 Eighth avenue, Juniata, and Miss Juniata L. Ellis of Juniata were united in marriage at high noon yesterday by Rev. Alexander Lamberson at the First Methodist church, Juniata. The ring ceremony was used, the couple being attended by Mr. and Mrs. J. Rhasea. The bride was attired in a light traveling suit while the bridegroom wore the conventional garb. The couple left for New York and the east for a wedding trip. Mr. Hamilton is employed in the Juniata boiler shops while his bride was a former school teacher in the borough.
