HARTMAN - FISSEL.

  A number of invited guests witnessed the marriage of Mr. Wm. H. 
Hartman and Miss Mary J. Fissel, which took place at the home of 
Emanuel Fissel, 3000 West Chestnut avenue, last evening.  The Rev. W. 
J. Grissinger officiated.
