TRIBUNE: Had your attention been attracted - as was ours - to the depot yesterday morning as the Pacific express was about to leave for Pittsburgh, you could have witnessed the getting on board of the same - a happy wedding party. As their smiling faces were turned toward us we at once perceived outlined thereon great anxiety; even fright depicted on some, fearing, no doubt, that some mishap might befall them ere they reached their destination, Johnstown. The happy party consisted of George Houser, groom; Miss Mary Burg, bride; Louisa Frederick Espenlaub, bridesmaid; Mr. Martin Burg; groomsman; Mr. Jacob Guhler being the leader of the grand escort. After reaching Johnstown they were escorted to the residence of Rev. T. Nortz, the German Lutheran minister, who united them in holy wedlock. On their return home last evening the groom kindly extended an invitation to the Concordia Glee Club to call around, which request they readily complied with, turning out en masse to do honor to the happy couple. We are told they had a happy time. Our best wishes go with them. A SUBSCRIBER.
