Housman, son of Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Housman, of 804 Third avenue, and Miss Edith I. Beachman, of 317 Third avenue, were united in marriage on Saturday, July 20, at Memphis, Tenn. The ceremony was performed by Rev. H. S. Spragin, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal church, of that city, with the impressive ring ceremony. Sergeant Housman is now stationed at the aviation school at Pottsfield, Tenn., and previous to enlisting was employed in the office of the Juniata Scales. His bride is a graduate of the Altoona High school, class of 1913, and has been a teacher for the past three terms at the Jefferson school. Altoona Tribune, Monday, July 29, 1918, page 5
