HOWARD - SLAUGENHAUP.

  Mr. Joseph O. Howard and Miss Katie Slaugenhop, both of this city, 
were married at 5 o'clock last evening at the parsonage of the Simpson 
Methodist Episcopal church by the pastor, Rev. George M. Hoke.  The 
immediate relations of the contracting parties witnessed the ceremony.
