Jacob, of Altoona, and Miss Lottie Rosenfeld The following account of a marriage is taken from the Boston Globe of Wednesday, October 22: There was a joyful gathering at 503 Columbus avenue last evening, to witness the marriage of Miss Lottie Rosenfeld to Dr. Harry Jacob, of Altoona, Pa. The interesting ceremony was performed by Rabbi Solomon Schindler, and the ushers, who were a fine looking corps of young men, were Solomon Bacharach, I. Strauss, G. E. Beekman, Kaufman Rosenfeld and Harry Johnson. A. Vogt, of Altoona, was best man. The gown worn by the bride was a combination of white faille and mousselin de soie, V shaped corsage and demi-train. The long veil was caught up with orange blossoms, and she carried a boquet of cornelis cook roses. Miss Beatrice Rosenfeld, a sister of the bride, was maid of honor, and looked like a fairy in a coquettish gown of light blue gauzy material, cut d‚collet‚. So also did three other sisters, Rav, Clara and Minnie, with Ida Harris and Birdie Cohn, who wore the same diaphanous material in varying tints. After the ceremony a dainty supper was served in the elegant and spacious parlors, which were artistically decorated with autumn leaves and smilax. Among the guests were the bride's grandmother, Mrs. Caroline Rosenfelt, 97 years of age, to whom a journey from the West End to witness the affair, was a great event. There were also present S. B. Sterne and wife, Councilman Rosnosky and wife, Rabbi Schindler and wife, Mrs. Gansman, sister of the groom, with Master and Miss Gansman; Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence of Chester, N.Y., H. Strauss and wife, I. Strauss of Chelsea, Gus Rosenfeld, Miss Clara Rosenfeld, Mr. Sarlinger and wife of Rochester, N.H., the parents of the groom, and nearly twenty gentlemen, business associates of the groom in Altoona. After an extended wedding tour the couple will settle in Altoona, where the groom will practice his profession.
