LONG - DAVIS.

  Mr. Harry E. Long and Miss Rebecca Davis, daughter of ex-Councilman 
Jerry Davis, of the Fifth ward, were married by Rev. E. D. Weigle, last 
evening, at the residence of the bride's parents, 1728 Union avenue.  
Mr. Long is a machinist employed at the Juniata shops and is an 
exemplary young gentleman.  The bride is one of Altoona's most handsome 
and accomplished young ladies.  The happy pair departed eastward on 
their wedding tour and will go to housekeeping on their return to the 
city.
