MANBECK - CIVILS.

  Announcement has been made of the marriage of Miss Grace Civils, daughter 
of Mr. and Mrs. T. H. Civils of Roselawn, and Mr. Frank Manbeck, a son of 
Mr. and Mrs. Morris Manbeck of Grand Rapids, Mich.  The ceremony took place 
on Dec. 23 at Monroe, Mich.  The bridegroom for some time has been a 
resident of Altoona, being employed as a motorman on the Altoona and Logan 
Valley railway lines.  The couple will reside here.
