Marriage Bells.

  Last night, in the presence of Rev. Mr. Sherlock, of the Chestnut 
avenue M. E. church, Mr. Frederick Mauk and Miss Carrie E. Elway, did 
promise to love each other until death did separate them.  Both the 
parties are from Altoona, and after the ceremony, which was performed 
at the residence of Clayton Blackwell, on Fourteenth street, they 
received the hearty congratulations of their friends.  The bride was 
the recipient of a number of beautiful, ornamental and useful presents.  
May they live to celebrate their golden wedding in peace and plenty.
